Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping Policy: We ship throughout the United States using USPS priority mail. Shipping rates are dependent on the amount of products purchased.

Order processing time 3-5 business days. You will be provided a tracking number once the products are shipped.

International Shipping: Are you looking for International Shipping? Send us an email: info@heartsandheroesus.com. We will respond within 24 hours to coordinate shipping. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Packaging: Dolls will always come packaged in a clear plastic sealed cover with the H+H tag on the arm. If any products are not sealed and have damage at the time of delivery please send us an email: info@heartsandheroesus.com.
