Our EMS doll includes the US flag decal on the right sleeve and star of life decal on the left chest. It also comes with your choice of EMS/ EMT/ or PARAMEDIC on the back. You can add a name. For NAME and choice of EMT/EMT/PARAMEDIC please use the "add instructions" box in the CART page before checkout and write it in.
